What We Do

Newman’s Renovations has been serving the Greater Toronto area and other sections of Ontario for over 25+ years. Established in 1995, we are a locally owned and operated construction company based in Etobicoke, Ontario. The company was founded on the principles of honest work and quality workmanship.

How We Do It All

We work closely with each of our clients to carefully define a Work Plan that suites your budget and anticipated outcomes.

We help buildings grow with our clients. You may need to renovate to meet universal accessibility or fire and life safety requirements, change a building’s function, upgrade the envelope to fix leaks or add insulation, alter the look and feel of your home. We can help guide you through the process.

We are heavily invested in the growth and development of his crew and under his supervision guides a highly capable and competent team to take on the demands of any project.

Despite our small size, we have taken on large and complex renovations projects and have the flexibility to accommodate aggressive schedules.

In addition to private residences and industrial buildings, we’ve handled the interior and exterior renovations of several local hotels. We worked on the interior structure of the Westin Harbour Castle in Downtown Toronto, renovating its kitchen and pool area to make them more efficient, safe and attractive. Other hotels in our project portfolio include The Holiday Inn at Carlton and Gerard, The Double Tree by Hilton and the Sheraton Hotel, both at Pearson International Airport; The Royal York Hotel, the Adelaide Hotel (formerly the Trump International Hotel), and the Sheraton Centre (now the Marriott) in Downtown Toronto.
